Are there any resources for home repair grants? Concrete, roof replacement? For a low income person.

Some repairs are covered by the Weatherization Program [[not concrete..) like roofing [[repair or replacement), insulation, caulking, glass for broken windows, and some other items. Contact the City of Detroit, Department of Human Services. I don't have the phone number, but the office is located at 5031 Grandy St. 48211.

DHS would know if there are programs for the other items not covered by the Weatherization Grants.

    Good Luck!
