Default 10 More Cases of Deadly Radioactive Exposure

I remember item 10 because I was living in Arizona at the time. That radioactive rebar was casually getting dispersed throughout normal distribution channels. I don't think it's possible to recover it all or ever know whether or not you had.

It's largely fallen off the news radar but I recently heard that Fukushima is venting more radiation than ever before. No one likes to talk about it but I'm left with the impression that Fukushima has become a permanent radioactive pollution source.
