    Default Hart Plaza

Does anyone know the future fate of Hart Plaza? Are there plans to turning it into more of a park like plaza? I was at Hart Plaza this weekend. I had always wondered was the bricks that lay in Hart Plaza were a darker color at one time but due to years and the change of climate the bricks had became lighter. Does anyone has photos of Hart Plaza when it first opened? I would love to see them

The only color picture I found at VMC. It's from the 80s so not too long after it opened. [[dunno why it's flipped)
