Just wondering if anyone had any information about a bike group that rides around downtown. It's always different sizes, but usually about 15 people or so. They have crazy lights on their wheel wells and ring bells as they ride down streets. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about them? Seems like I see them a couple times a week.

I've seen them before too. Some of them had whistles. They told me that they meet downtown by way of seeking out eachother whistles. One big game.
