Windsor Week in Review on 89X [[88.7 FM)

I am looking for more information about the Week in Review that plays [[actually right now and listening to it as I type) the Week in Review, a very in-depth half-hour news broadcast. I find it to be, after CBC Channel 9 or the Windsor Star, to be a great source of Windsor news if you're from Metro Detroit. Usually there's around 5 or 6 different stories about almost anything that's happening in Windsor [[and it seems there is a lot going on).

So who produces this? CIMX? [[the call letters of 89X) I understand that radio stations in Canada have to have some type of news in their programming [[20/20 News on CKLW, remember? and why CBE-FM CBC Radio Two has news at the top of the hour)...
