I meant my post to be a ‘double entendre’.
To wit: Our inept Congress has terrorized millions of Americans, with their blatant bandying, blathering and boasting.
And, of course, it affects the old, the young, the poor and the helpless. It enrages most of the rest of us.
That is half of the double, the other half is:
The people in Congress are also terrorized. They do not want to make a decision, on anything, if they think that it might hurt their chances to be re-elected when their term is up.
