Anyone Know A Good Business Lawyer?

I am part of an LLC that is basically non-functioning. Its 3 members, and 1 of the members is uncooperative with any thing. Argues every point, and is basically holding everyone back for his own self worth. It is probably impossible to throw him out, but I would like to dissolve the company. Essentially he hasnt done anything wrong except not working with the rest of the group. Does anyone know a good business lawyer who can help me out, or is there a way to bypass the articles of org and dissolve the LLC?

I knew it was going to be a total mess. One of the members is a total jackass and wants to stop the others from doing any other business.
