Default Visitors to Belle Isle Park

Does anyone have a rough estimate, or a idea of where I could find out how many yearly visitors visit Belle Isle Park?
I am wondering about how much Toll Revenue would be brought in if there was a toll ever put in place.

    Thanks in Advance!

You could look at traffic counts. Traffic counts will provide a better base than visitors as a toll is based on vehicles not people. The most comprehensive regional traffic count database is at SEMCOG and can be queried for free over thier website.

Did you note that it is a one way count of vehicles leaving the island? This means it should be fairly representative. The year of the count is 2008 with an annual growth rate of 2 percent, therefore today you should be able to expect more like 2,850. This rate is not all that bad as many roads in our region have been showing a shrinking rate.
