    Default Noisy nights in Windsor

Saw this article on excessive night time noise in Windsor. Any comments from folks with direct experience - a significant problem or not really? The article has a photo of Prof. Rennie nicely framed by the Detroit skyline.

It sounds like the kind of problems Windsor might want to have, sort of like not having enough parking. Aren't downtowns supposed to be a little lively and noisy? Beats the sound of of tumbleweeds.

There might be an argument for the containment of super deep bass thump which has been vastly enhanced by technology. Meanwhile its price has dropped to where anybody can have it, in car or club. It penetrates brick walls.
