Economic activity at Fenkell/Wyoming.

The strip on the West side of Fenkell south of the gas station is getting some rehab work after rotting for a good 8 years. No clue what's going in.

Up the road a KFC about 200 yards north that was closed a few weeks ago looks it's being turned into something else.

A former KFC on Puritan and Livernois has had noticable activity/new sign for an independent resturant for about 6 months.

I wonder if anything is going to be done with the Burger King that just closed across from UDM.

Thanks for the report...but Fenkell RUNS east/west...so nothing can be on the west side of it.
