I was lucky enough to be a part of this small crew, and it was the first film I worked on in Michigan. Still the best crew I have worked with and the most fun I have had on a film set. We were a real family over those 28 days [[actually, they were mostly nights), and director David Mitchell, producer Adele Romanski, and cinematographer James Laxton were all so wonderful to work for. They really loved filming in Michigan and Adele has since brought other projects here. I saw the premiere of "Sleepover" at SXSW in March of last year, and ever since it has been generating a lot of buzz, something even the big-budget Hollywood films I have worked on have failed to do.

The film will have its Detroit premiere at the Royal Oak Main Art Theater on August 5, I encourage you all to come check it out!
