Hazel Park Raceway is a Pit.

Hazel Park Raceway…..is a pit. I was just there Friday and I cannot believe that this place survives. I mean really, one concession stand….no vending machines to make more money and give better service, Toilets in a trailer after nearly 5 years or more, bet takers that don’t have correct change to pay you. Still have a guy taking the photo of the finish instead of timing and automatic photography? Pot holes in the parking lot so big a small car might disappear.

Yes I know they wanted a casino and could not get one which is why they can’t open that new building. Why not do poker tournaments, bingo, anything to bring in more business?

This place is so poorly run I am surprised it’s in business at all.

Any thoughts or info?
