I have an off-site border suburban mail box that can receive UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex mail [[NOT USPS PO. It is more like Mailbox Etc).

I might be interested in something like this. Will your name be the only one on the contract? I often receive bulky packages from Mexico, The Netherlands, and Pakistan so I hope mail from foreign addresses is okay. I have been getting my packages at my grandmother's address but there has recently been some static with the authorities so I am in the market for a new place to receive mail. It would be best if I can access the box very early in the morning, say 3am. There wouldn't happen to be odor suppression techniques in place with this box, would there?
