    Default 97 Winder/Brush Park

Can anyone tell me if the Inn at 97 Winder was sold? The owners were asking $2.5 million for it in February. Also, is the Ransom Gillis house still standing in Brush Park? Thanks for any information.

97 Winder has not been sold, and the Ransom Gillis house is still standing. It is owned by the city. Why, are you going to purchase it and redevelop it??

I wish I could redevelop it-I'm on an historical commission where I live and I like to keep tabs on resources in other cities- to see what happens after the initial newspaper story. Thanks for the information
