The author Jon Ronsin was on THe Daily SHow last night. He said that 1% of the publica at large are psychopaths but 4% of corporate CEOs are. Any guesses as to who they might be?

This reminds me of a article by Thom Hartmann except he was referring to sociopaths there are differences between the two but the traits are pretty close.
