Checked out the Hudson's Site website today as it was down a couple days ago and noticed some new interesting details. First thing was that it states a height of 685' 4" ... which seems pretty exact....

Found something interesting on Detroit's open data portal looking at building permits. Unfortunately there isn't exactly tons of detail, but it looks like the building permit for the tower portion...

Agreed. At one point I was going to try and count all the caissons installed, just to see what number they are at, but either way they most likely will be finishing up in the nearish future....

So I mapped the GPS Coordinates for each of the permits with google maps and came up with this - it seems as though the center of the block or podium portion of this project will step up from 193 to...

Total height = height above sea level, structure height = height above ground

So this permit is for the "block" portion of Hudson's which is 225 tall. There are separate permits for the cranes -...

From what I could tell, the tallest part of the block is 225 ft and the cranes are approximately 450 ft tall. No permits for the tower portion yet that I saw
