For a couple days I have notice work being done on the gold glass building next to the Guardian building on Woodward. Its been lit up at night from construction lights on each floor? What the deal..? Retail, office...? Weren't the state trying to put 2 electric billboards or something like that on the glass facade...the size of a NFL stadium? That will be a cool 24hr Starbucks there...?
