They can defend themselves when sued, like any entity or body.
So, let's see if they can defend against this.

We just might be able to tie the whole Military Industrial Complex into one RICO challenge...this time including the Legislative branch of government, like President Eisenhower wanted to originally do in his famous exit speech.
Only NOW, after they've had forty years or so to tilt things in their favor...we need to include the judicial and executive branches, and ALL non-balanced agencies spawned and funded by one or more of these arms of government...and military/pioneering.
We might have to expand the verbiage of current laws to include a wider definition of accessible time and space, too. Multiverse-ality, so to speak.

I have a confession to make. For the past four years, I've been hiding behind the assumed identity of "Bearinabox" for the purposes of participating on this board. In the more innocent world of early 2006, this seemed like a prudent and rational precaution to take when blathering on the Internet, but now I see it for what it truly is: a shameful deception that has so cheapened my "personhood" that it can only be rendered inside quotation marks.
