Visit any Emergency Room in the city and you will hear this story, "I was walking down the street, minding my own business and I felt something hit my leg, I saw nothing and heard nothing." These stories are usually but not always drug related.
Finding shell casings when you do not know where the shooter was standing is a difficult task. Not to mention that some guns [[Including revolvers) do not leave any shell casings behind whatsoever.Quote:
