Mercado to Plea Guilty in Kilpatrick Enterprise Trial? Freep Says Yes.

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that former DSWD head and indicted alleged co-conspirator Victor Mercado will enter a plea of guilty in the Kilpatrick Crime Enterprise trial.

This would potentially be a huge coup for the prosecution and worsen the already dim prospects for the remaining alleged conspirators, Kwame Kilpatrick, his father Bernard and pal Bobby Ferguson.

We all know Kwame unethical connections and looted funds are propping up his unending fight. Without a doubt He hopes to do what all other scumbag wannabe-elite defendants do: Gum up the judicial system with misinformation and lengthy proceedings that more or less will favor the defendant majority of the time.
