It's across the street from the Michigan Bell Building which I know is being renovated for a homeless shelter. It's not on Google so it must have been built fairly recently. Can't tell if they're still working on it though. I think I remember seeing workers the first time I passed by a couple of weeks earlier, but in this neighborhood I was wondering if I was seeing things.

Looks like condos maybe....HP has really been puttin up new apartments/condos throughout the city. It is really nice to see!
