you might want to include on your site something like how to upload the images you want printed. Info like format, resolution, ... you need to tell folks exactly what you expect from them.

word format? jpg? pdf? doc? dat? all of the above?

What about turn around time? What about dropping off files?

Is that a paid advertisement? Otherwise, spam as far as I'm concerned.
