My guess is that with so much money tied up in Hudson's project, Monroe Blocks, Gratiot site, etc. the money isn't there right now, even if it's right next door. Not sure who bought it though.Quote:

It's likely CT will be turned into a hotel or residential so hopefully we see a new player enter the game to take on this project.
