Berz airport during the 60's

I am new to the forums here..Hello Everyone. I am wondering if anyone remembers a man named Steve Stanislaw, nicknamed Sonny taking lessons out at Berz Airport in the early to mid 60's? His father, also named Steve [[nickname Stan) was involved in the aviation networks there. William Stanislaw died in 1938 in an air collision over a gulf course in Dearborn. I know very little about the Stanislaw side of my family. I was told they were very involved with the early days of Aviation and contracted with the Federal Government to fly the airmail routes.
