When they were naming Canada, the citizens wanted a catchy three-letter name, like the USA, but were unable to agree on which three letters sounded best. To break the stalemate, they decided to randomly draw three letters out of a hat, and announce the new name of the country in front of a live audience of citizens and media reporters from around the world.Quote:

They therefore got rid of the Nuckistan particle and replaced with two A's to make it Canada and claim it for posterity. And that's the trooth.
