Catholic Church Of The Madonna is from the outside appearance, at first and second glance a very well maintained religious establishment.. An Armenian church is now home to some sort of non-denominational congregation. The Hostess outlet has lots of goodies at a bargain price, and there is a small unassuming Pannini sandwich shoppe nestled next to a coinless laundry which I think has some large 2nd floor apartments.I think FOCUS HOPE has an office and warehouse in that vicinity, the Bell building was vacant, but not as dilapidated and broken as many vacant industrial and office buildings in the D, other than the usual busted out windows......this small strip is very clean...a guard in a watch tower hawked a parking lot full of newer model cars..didnt see much litter either...and there was a low income 'Peoples' type credit union...
