The Chesterfield on Cass

I am considering moving back to the Cass Corridor area because of the screwed up bus system.

I need to rent a place that is dirt cheap and preferably includes utilities.

I saw an ad on Craigslist for the Chesterfield Apartments on Cass, which I have been eyeing for a couple of years...

Does anyone have any personal experience renting an apartment in this building? I have some concerns because of the low cost of rent and the location, but I really can't afford much more than that anyway. Are there any other students in this building?
