During the second quarter of 2013, the vacancy ratehttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png in Detroit’s central business district dropped to 27.1 percent with 52,000 square feet of newly occupied space, according to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, NKGF.
