Stephen Foster School Building -- Demolition?

I live in Brush Park and have noticed for a while that the former Stephen Foster School building on Brush St. [[most recently used as the highly ineffective DPD crime lab) has been getting cleaned up. This was great to see because part of it had collapsed and it was in awful condition since the crime lab moved to the new headquarters. Yesterday, however, I noticed that the second floor walls seemed to have been completely torn out. Does anyone know if this building is getting completely demolished, or cleaned up and gutted for potential renovation? And whatever is happening to the building, is there anything concrete planned for the site yet? Any word on the street about what's happening here?
