A restaurant in North Beach [[San Francisco) promotes it's Detroit Pizza as a copy of
Lou's and Buddy's but the blue steel pan's used to bake Detroit style pizza are in short supply.

Betcha that company regrets that move.
Especially if Jett's gets a new pan source.... wouldn't it be a hoot if everyone then wanted Michigan made pans... instead of Mexican. I feel some Schadenfreude coming on for that outsourcing pan maker.... :D
