Great new! More renovation, more housing. I bet the owner of the previously renovated Chesterfield next door will be glad to not have that big eyesore next door.
The article says its two buildings; one on Cass and one on Davenport. I think the smaller one on Davenport is especially nice.
Here's Curbed's article with some photos of both Cass Plaza and the Davenport. They are both beautiful. Can't wait to see the finished product!
