Un-Noticed development need some love too!

I'm always walking around talking to contractors, construction workers..etc when I walk or ride around and see notice "hints" of new development or current ones who haven't a update for awhile. So I live near the old "Raw Cafe" once was, on Woodward and Willis..talking to guys who was working on the inside for a couple months now said that a new breakfast spot will open soon there. Exciting, ....it looks nice from a small sneak peak inside the dining area. Great addition there, not to mention a new restaurant where the "old" Anime Cafe" once was..next to Passport Pizza.

The former "Milner Hotel" sign is removed and a new sign is up, "The Ashley". Renovation there is moving quickly, adding more residential to the area. This summer will be nice with new openings..The Gateway MarketPlace is coming along quickly too, including the old Redford High School site.
