Hollywood car arsons

Over the last two nights some 40 cars have been torched in Hollywood, CA. Many have been in parking garages below or carports attached to buildings. The fires are erupting within short time spans, taxing the local firefighting equipment. In a few instances the fires have spread to the buildings and other cars.

Whoever is doing this seems to have developed a sure-fire method of getting the fires started quickly and effectively without attracting much attention. Officials haven't revealed how it's being done.
