Why was ex council person, Barbara Rose-Colling allowed to buy Council office furniture thereby forcing new Councilman James Tate to spend more Detroiter's money on new office furniture? Who approved this deal? How much did Rose collins pay the City of Det. for the office furniture?

Who buys their office furniture when they retire? Maybe the councilmembers should be buying more humble furniture for their offices to begin with.
