Detroit Heritage Tours - Preservation Wayne

Hello!

I just wanted to remind everyone that our Detroit Heritage Tour Series is in full swing.

Tuesday After-Work Tours begin at 5:30pm and meet at Campus Martius. Tour themes rotate and include: Skyscrapers, Sculpture, Art, & Fountains, The People Mover, and the Buildings of Kahn and Kamper.

Saturday Morning Tours begin at 10am and include excursions through Milwaukee Junction [[Auto Heritage), Cultural Center, Downtown, Eastern Market and Midtown. Call or see website for meeting locations of each tour.

Tours are $10pp, $8 seniors and Preservation Wayne members.

Preservation Wayne's Annual Theatre Tour - August 15, 2009

Take a look behind the curtain at seven historic entertainment venues located Downtown Detroit. This tour SELLS OUT every year. Tickets are $40pp and includes lunch. Tours run every half hour between 9am and 11:30am and last approximately 4 hours. Meeting location: Fillmore Theatre [[formerly the State). Reservations are required.
