...where would you invest?
Not if you were suddenly transformed into a shot-caller but “your money”? Where/how would you invest it to make a profit in Detroit?
Lets be honest that most have no intentions of investing by moving to Detroit any time soon. I feel the same way about moving. But apparently there are worthwhile investments here. Enough to create residential villages, organically and inorganically.
While I wouldn't move there, I would invest in a Panera in Plymouth somewhere between Ann Arbor Rd. and Robert Scott prison and without shame or pretense. I’d be looking for a return.
