In the last few years I have seen many new stores, bars and restaurants opening in downtown and midtown are the floors above ground level also being leased at a higher rates ?
Also I would think some of these buildings that sat empty for years that are now being leased on the lower levels cant be used on the very top floors due to water damage from leaking roofs.
