Attached is a link to the draft charter for your review and a copy of the notice of two public hearings on the draft. The public hearings are Saturday, May 14th & Saturday, May 21st from 12 noon to 2pm, in the Erma L. Henderson Auditorium on the 13th Floor of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. We hope that you will read it and come prepared to comment at the public hearings.
