Freshwater Transit did a study for the River Front Conservancy about ferry service between Windsor and Detroit and trolley bus service between the Ambassador Bridge and Belle Isle.
The ferry service would make downtown Windsor and Detroit accessible to one another. Interesting idea...

I'm still unsure about the trolleybus service. Doesn't make too much sense to me.
