The Free Press online quotes two people on opposing sides of the vote. The man who was against the "Kwame Ammendment" is named Charles Boles.
I got a great laugh at that. The name is a bit too similar to Charles Bowles. :)
I hope that the writers sought his opinion to connect the two disgraced mayors for those of us that would get it. I really do. [[But I doubt it)
