Think about this:
What caused more of a roar from the newsies and teaparty, the bank bail out or the auto bailout? didn't hear much from the peanut gallery about letting Citi or any other mega-bank die, like we did with GM. odd, because the majority shareholders for a lot of those financial companies are non-US people [[Citi is how much owned by Saudies?)
Why was GM singled out for such derision? because working people dared to make a GOOD wage, rather than a subsistance wage

They probably wonder if you've ever read a newspaper. The Tea party movement started during Bush's "Presidency", and it was because of the Wall street bailout.

I was talking to some folks a few days ago with a good handle on business and the future of business. I asked the question "Why does the economy seem to be improving, there is no basis for it to improve? They said simply because companies and corporations are cramming every project they can in to the this year, even product slated to sell next year, because at the end of the year the Bush tax cuts for businesses expire. Their prediction for 2011 was grim.

I won't go into the stimulus package benefits, you can go to the gov't website and other places on the web to educate yourself, but do you think that the saving of a huge number of public employees from teachers, to police, to fire fighters jobs all over the country might have just a little bit to do with people having money to spend.
