There's definitely something going on in North Corktown. Supposedly it's going to be 6 stories. Doesn't seem like it but we'll see.

No, Those are two different projects. The pictures are from Pine and Vermont. The North Corktown 11 are northeast of that at Ash and CochraneQuote:

Looks like foundations for 8 or so townhomes to me. The location for the possible six story apartment building is a few blocks away on Pine.
I’ve noticed those foundations on Pine going up too. It spreads about a block and a half. They seem like they’re going to be very narrow.
The construction base in North Corktown is true. Developers are making homes there. It's time to make Detroit neighborhoods great again.
