The Detroit Historic District Commission posted this [[among lots of other goodies) on their Facebook last night:
"6:35 PM 4209-4219 Woodward-Proposed development adjacent to the Willis-Selden HD"

I thought I heard a mention of this recently, couldn't figure out where.
Is it talking about restoring the building behind it, or something actualy new in the grassy field?
The address in the post is a Woodward address. The building behind it is Detroit Thermal and is very much still in use.Quote:
