Hello, thank you for this opportunity to participate in the forum. A friend of mine has a relative in the Detroit police department and I'm trying to find out more about him. His name was Rex Smith. He was Police Captain of the Royal Oak Police Department from 1949-1951. He was in the Ferndale office. Some more information about him and a picture would really be helpful. Thank you.
