Owner of "The Oakland" in Ferndale to open a restaurant in Midtown

Supposed to open next year in the Park Shelton [[in former Rodin location)

It's amazing how more Oakland County-based restauranteurs and merchants are expanding into the downtown and Midtown areas so that I don't have to go all the way to the opposite side of the metro area from where I am in the Downriver area.
