As I drive down Kercheval every morning for work a longer ugly concrete exposed building [[between Baldwin and Townsend) has been going through some changes over the last few months. What started as taking down frame work has now transposed into a unique grey tile pattern and a yellow facade beginning to show life. Does anyone know what is going on?
