Looking for a good short sale lawyer in Detroit

I am looking for a lawyer specializing in short sales. My boyfriend lives on the west side with his elderly grandmother and we are very concerned with the rapid deterioration of the neighborhood. It has become too dangerous for her to continue to live there, and we are looking for options to get her out. Currently her house is mortgaged at around 80k, with the majority of it left to pay. On average houses in this neighborhood sell for around 20k, when they actually do sell. Basically we are looking for high quality expert guidance regarding this issue. If anyone knows any experts that we could consult with, it would be greatly appreciated.
