Have forum members seen the Let's Save Michigan Place Making Contest? Folks are allowed to pick their favorite projects around the state and vote online over the next couple weeks. I'm - obviously - partial to the local projects like these three:

You can vote for as many unique projects as you want once a day. I believe the winner receives $2,000 to realize their project.
