Does anyone have an explanation why Southern States are getting federal resources for a few inches of snow and ice storms while the Midwest/Northeast doesn't get a penny when we have records low temps, record snow for months on end?
Does anyone know if there is a way to see how federal emergency dollars are allocated at a State level. Sure seems like the same states are always getting federal relief while the midwest just gets a big F you.
