I haven't heard this discussed here yet. With all of the momentum that midtown and downtown is experiencing lately, will it be brought to a halt if congress fails to strike a deal? Will financing fall apart for the big time projects on the horizon such as the Whitney or the new arena? It's been said that we could be thrown into another recession if action isn't taken. Thoughts?
